プログラム概要：
2018年度に実施した南丹市美山町（京都府）での地域医療・保健に関する視察・交流プログラムに引き続き、宮津市を中心に視察・交流プログラムを実施した。プログラムにはマウービン郡・郡保健局（ミャンマー）よりトゥ・カ・チャン氏を招き、地域づくりに関連した地域医療・福祉の取り組みについて宮津市社会福祉協議会、宮津市保健福祉部（宮津市役所）を訪問し、取り組みの概要説明を受けるとともに意見交換をおこなった。また、チャン氏とともにアクション・リサーチによる博士プログラムを実施しているPan African Institute for Development（PAID）（カメルーン）よりエマニエル・カムデム氏を招へいし、地域福祉を含めた大学・社会連携について協議をおこなった。大学・社会連携の取り組みについて相互の知見を深めるため、市川昌広教授（高知大学）を交えて、ワークショップ「Action Research for Rural Development
through Direct Involvement of University」を開催した。
Program
Following the study tour on local health held in 2018 at Miyama town, Nandan
city, we had another study tour mainly in Miyazu city. We visited office
of social welfare council of Miyazu city to hear their activities for local
health and exchanged opinions with Dr. Thu Kha Chan invited from Maubin
district public health department of Myanmar. Adding him we invited also
Mr.Emaniel Kamdem from Pan Africa Institute for Development (PAID) of Cameroon
which has a doctor's course of action research and discussed cooperation
of local society and university. We held a workshop 'Action Research for
Rural Development through Direct Involvement of University' to develop
knowledge about 'cooperation of local society and university' inviting
Professor Ichikawa from Kochi university.

国・地域がすすめる「地域包括ケアシステム」について、“むら”や“いえ”が色濃く残るミャンマー、カメルーンの参加者からは、ケアシステムにおける“家族の役割”に関する質問が出ました。
